Flo-Dynamics, a brand of Norco Industries, Inc., has announced that both its A/C models, CCST288 and CCST388, come standard with A/C vehicle reference databases. This feature enables users to easily program an R-134a charge amount by selecting the vehicle being serviced from a database embedded in the equipment’s software.

“Both A/C unit models will come standard with a vehicle reference database covering vehicles made from 1994 through 2006. A database update to include 2007-2008 vehicles is planned for November 2008 release,” said Chuck Abbott, director, business development for Flo-Dynamics. “Older vehicles and those with front-end damage may have missing or unreadable A/C information tags. This feature saves users time and is consistent with our desire to provide the best in class ease of use across our entire product line.”
