Lomar is excited to announce our latest innovation; the S1140 Portable Tube Bender now comes with an Interchangeable 37° Flaring Attachment. Responding to customer demands, a quick-change 37° flaring head was added to provide an inexpensive, compact (6” x 20” x 7” tall), lightweight (25 lbs), and hydraulic-powered solution to short run
tube bending and flaring needs for hydraulic and automotive tubing. When coupled with any hydraulic power source capable of providing 5,000 psi, the S1140 is capable of effortlessly bending and flaring, 1/4” through 3/4” (.035 -.083 wall) tubing. The unit may be vise-mounted, bolted to a workbench, or carried on-site, and is available directly from Lomar, a multitude of hydraulic power sources (including hand, air/hydraulic, and electric pumps), and hydraulic lines are available. It takes only seconds to set up the S1140 with the standard quick-change tooling.
