Challenger Lifts announces the newest member of the most comprehensive product lineup of automotive lifts in the industry. The 4015 series 4-post hydraulic auto lifts are cable synchronized, operate on 208-230v single-phase electrical power (optional 3-phase available), have a 15,000-lb. lifting capacity and carry the “Gold Label” certification from ALI/ETL.
The 4015 4-post boasts the most working room underneath the runways with the highest rise in the industry at 78” and the lowest profile runways in the business at 7”. It features large 9-1/2” steel pulleys with Teflon bearings, 1/2” cable thickness, louvered approach ramps with anti-skid runway surfaces and single point air actuated lock release system just to name a few. 4015 series is available in several productivity configurations including open and closed front, flat decks and alignment rack packages that support today’s latest camera imaging alignment systems.
With a maximum wheelbase range of 182-1/2” or 210”, the 4015 accommodates everything from smaller passenger cars to medium duty fleet operation vehicles for general service. And with a 4-wheel alignment range (Alignment Rack models only) from 88” to 158”, shops broaden their service capabilities and make more money by aligning these vehicles as well.
Alignment Rack (AR) models come standard with this package:
