New Impact Separator Tool from Ken-Tool

September 20, 2011

Ken-Tool introduced its new T39B Impact Separator tool for removal of worn suspension components. The tool uses a 6-pound slide-ram to remove ball joints, tie rod ends and shock links during replacement service, replacing the traditional hammer and fork. The tool includes two interchangeable, forged alloy steel 9-inch forks: one designed to remove tie rod ends and shock links, the other with a larger opening for ball joint service. The tool features a rubber safety-grip drive handle and a vibration absorbing rubber grip on the outer tube to protect the operator from shock and provide a slip-free grasp.
