Florida Pneumatic Mfg. Corporation will introduce the AIRCAT 6320 Spot Sander in February 2015. The 6320 spot sander is designed for the PBE market and professional auto techs. The compact design and multiple attachments make this tool ideal for quick spot repair, polishing and refinishing.
Weighing in at only 1.1 lbs. and measuring only 6.1 inches in length, the 6320 is perfect for finish work and spot sanding/polishing. The 1/8” orbital head provides ultra-fine sanding and polishing.
The combined spindle-counter balance reduces vibration levels to 1.8 m/sec and adds reliability, while the precision alloy steel spiral bevel gears extend tool life. The low weight composite grip provides user comfort while the internal silencing reduces tool noise to 78dBA
The 6320 spot sander is supplied complete with Velcro 1.25” and 2” round pads and a triangular pad, which is ideal for getting into corners. Sanding discs for all three pad types are available separately in 10 PC Packs in 120/180/320/600/1000/1500 grits size. Lamb wool and sponge bonnets/pads are also available separately.
