The new pry bars were designed with end users in mind -- the angled tip allows for increased leverage and access while the black phosphate-coated shaft helps to reduce corrosion.

GearWrenc Pry BarsGearWrench, a premier hand tool brand from Apex Tool Group, has announced several new open stock Standard Pry Bars and a set, further expanding its offering in the popular pry bar category.

“This line expansion demonstrates our commitment to providing automotive technicians with the best range of tools to help them get their job done efficiently,” said Jim Stewart, product manager for GearWrench. “These new pry bars stand up to the toughest tasks.”

Features and Benefits

Like all GearWrench tools, the new pry bars were designed with end users in mind. The angled tip allows for increased leverage and access while the black phosphate-coated shaft helps to reduce corrosion.

The new bars feature comfortable ergonomic handles for greater leverage. A special formulation acetate makes the handles resistant to cracking in cold temperatures. The tools are also among the strongest as they not only meet but exceed applicable ASME Performance Requirements.
