Tracerline recently exhibited the Mini-EZ Hybrid Vehicle A/C Dye Injection Kit at this year’s AAPEX.
An essential component of this dye kit is Tracerline’s EZ-Ject dye injector assembly. By connecting the assembly and simply turning the handle, it injects fluorescent dye into a hybrid A/C system without complication or messy clean up. The EZ-Ject dye injector easily overcomes system pressure and allows dye to be injected with the system while off or running.
The Mini-EZ Hybrid Vehicle A/C Dye Injection Kit includes:
• Three 1/4-oz (7.4 ml) Mini-EZ single-dose dye cartridges
• EZ-Ject injector assembly
• Solid-brass R-134a hybrid coupler with check valve and purge fitting
• Three drip plugs
Each Mini-EZ single-dose dye cartridge is filled with Tracerline’s co-solvent-free fluorescent ester dye with unique additives blended specifically for hybrid A/C systems. Individually wrapped in a moisture resistant foil pouch with desiccant bag to seal-out moisture.
