Idemitsu is a Japan-based manufacturer of automotive lubricants in three major categories: A/C refrigerant lubricant (PAG oil), transmission fluid, and engine oil. Idemitsu is the factory fill PAG for Honda, Toyota, and other Asian imports. Their Daphne double end-capped PAG is the market leader for Asian import and domestic vehicles. Their ATF is the market leader in use for Asian vehicles. Their 0W-20 engine oil is one of the first to be used by both Asian imports and domestic OEs, and they are the first to earn DEXOS certification for a 0W-30.
