The latest update for ALLDATA’s scan tool now supports direct access to the Secure Gateway (SGW) module by FIAT Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) U.S.
FCA implemented the SGW for some 2018/2019 models and all vehicles model-year 2020 and beyond to protect the vehicle’s communication network. ALLDATA customers are now able to access the secure FCA vehicle network using AutoAuth – FCA’s approved authentication provider – and perform essential diagnostic functions.

In addition to approved FCA SGW access, the latest version features a more streamlined navigation for faster diagnostics. It also features live data display improvements and has an automatic online/offline mode, which connects and disconnects to the Internet, within Wi-Fi range, and enables users to view the connection status at all times.
