Beck/Arnley announces the availability of its new Brake Bleeding Sequence Guide, which has been combined with its Disc & Drum Brake Specifications Guide, both for foreign nameplate vehicles. The comprehensive guide covers brake bleeding procedures for 19822006 import models, as well as disc and drum brake specifications for 19762006 model years.
In the brake bleeding section, proper bleeding sequence is shown by make, year and model. Any special procedures for bleeding vehicles with special features or optional equipment, such as anti-lock brakes, are also called out.
The disc and drum specification section provides detailed specifications for proper machining of brake rotors and drums. In addition, it includes key torque specifications for brake calipers and wheel nuts.
“Our new combined publication is an extremely helpful reference when doing brake work on foreign nameplate vehicles,” said Sona Grubbs, product manager – brakes.
