The latest version also features a more streamlined navigation for faster diagnostics.

Tech-Assist customers can use their smartphone and the free Rescue Lens app to connect in real time with an ALLDATA Master Tech. They can “show” the problem using live-streaming video, and the Tech-Assist consultant can “draw” on the screen to help pinpoint the diagnostic issue or repair solution.

Throughout SEMA, ALLDATA representatives will be doing live demonstrations of the company’s flagship products, ALLDATA Repair and ALLDATA Collision, featuring the addition of 300,000 new non-OE interactive color wiring diagrams.
