New CEMB RFV Wheel Balancer

A guided Radial Force Vectoring process significantly reduces floor-floor cycle time and uses OEM “best practices."

The new CEMB HubMatch RFV wheel balancer (P/N ER75TD) exclusively combines refined off-car balancing capabilities and features with a guided on-car eccentricity (Eccentricity=RFV=Radial Force Vectoring) cancellation process.

This HubMatch RFV guided process is instantaneous for the operator to perform, significantly reduces floor-floor cycle time and uses an OEM “best practice” recommendation providing game-changer ride quality improvement.

Additional features include AutoAdaptive and OPB (One Plane Balancing), pneumatic or manual clamping, direct measure automatic 3D data entry, 3D laser wheel scanning and laser point BDC weight placement. LEDs light the inside of the wheel for more effective weight placement.
