Electronic Specialties Offers 30 Amp Fuse Buddy Testers for Mini and ATC Fuses

ESI now offers the 305M and 306B 30 amp Fuse Buddy Testers. Responding to requests from the field, ESI has developed 30 amp versions of the popular Fuse Buddy Tester. The model 305M covers mini size fuses, while the 306B covers ATC size fuses.

Responding to requests from the field, ESI has developed 30 amp versions of the popular Fuse Buddy Tester. The model 305M covers mini size fuses, while the 306B covers ATC size fuses.

A clever design allows for easy connection into fuse sockets for making current draw measurements. The new 30 amp models have the measurement capacity to check the amperage draw of blower motors. They can also be useful for checking fuel pump amperage.

The ends of the Fuse Buddy are molded into the shape of a fuse. During testing, the car fuse is removed and replaced in-line into the Fuse Buddy end piece. This way, the circuit being tested maintains fuse protection.

Using adapters or multimeter test probes can be cumbersome. Fuse Buddy can make the job of measuring current draws much easier. The end piece makes snug electrical contact, making the whole test process much easier to deal with.

The new Fuse Buddy Testers can take current measurements as high as 30 amps or as low as 100 milliamps. One year warranty, battery included.
