Florida Pneumatic Mfg Corp. (FPMC) recently announced the merger of Exhaust Technologies Inc. (AIRCAT) to its portfolio of businesses effective July 1, 2014.
FPMC has produced pneumatic tools and associated products for automotive and industrial markets since 1964. The merger includes the Exhaust Technologies’ brands of AIRCAT and NITROCAT and its break through patented Silencing Technology.
The merged company plans to maintain its commitment to product quality, innovation and high service levels, and to further develop and expand the AIRCAT and NITROCAT brands.
The company’s new Automotive Business Unit will ­develop, market and supply AIRCAT, NITROCAT and Florida Pneumatic brand products and will operate from the FPMC HQ & Distribution Center in Jupiter, FL.
