ITW Global Brands Announces Official Sponsorship Of Mustang Club Of America’s ‘Mustang 50th Birthday Celebration’

ITW Global Brands (ITWGB), a leading provider of car care products, has announced a new partnership with O’Reilly Auto Parts and the Mustang Club of America to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ford’s iconic Mustang.

ITWGB will be the official sponsor of the “Manufacturer’s Midway” at the Mustang 50th Birthday Celebration events,  to be held simultaneously at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) in Charlotte, N.C., and Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) in Las Vegas, Nev., from April 16 through April 20, 2014.

ITWGB offers products in the wiper blade, appearance, tire and engine repair, hand care and performance products segments of the aftermarket and are sold around the globe in DIY retailer outlets such as O’Reilly Auto Parts under the Rain-X, Gumout, Black Magic, Blue Coral, Slick 50, NOS, Slime, Permatex, Fast Orange, Fix-A-Flat and No Touch brands. ITWGB products play a role in keeping Mustangs and other Ford vehicles in top operating condition.

ITWGB will offer a special text-to-win Mustang Sweepstakes at O’Reilly Auto Parts stores from Feb. 26 to April 29, 2014. The grand prize for the winner will be a 2015 Mustang, as well as instant offers and 6,000 other prizes including Mustang 50th Birthday official merchandise. Social media, email marketing, in-store and print advertising will be used to create consumer awareness of this promotion. And, at the CMS and LVMS events, ITWGB will sponsor the “Manufacturer’s Midway,” providing product demonstrations, sampling and promotional product giveaways.
