HOT STOP Thermal Shield Gel and Paste is designed to stop heat from traveling through most metals as well as other materials. The beneficial effects cannot be underestimated. HOT STOP will help prevent distortion to metals and plastics caused by heat. Simply apply a bead of HOT STOP to the entire exposed surface to be protected and it will absorb the heat from welding, brazing or soldering.

HOT STOP will keep materials cool, even under contact with Map Gas and welding torches. Misfire activity is found on cylinders 2, 4, 6, 8 and 3; at first glance this series of codes implies that there may be bank 2 issues, but the cylinder 3 code throws a wrench into that mode of thought.
