Milwaukee Tool continues to deliver portable productivity by expanding its sub-compact system, the M12 platform, with the new M12 Compact Inflator. This fast cordless tire inflator has the ability to top-off a car tire in under 1 minute*. Capable of completing demanding inflation applications such as car, LT truck and compact equipment tires, the new inflator delivers fast, accurate, easy inflation with the portability to take anywhere.
“The variety of cordless tire inflators available today have, unfortunately, failed to deliver both the speed and range of capability required by users. These inflators are able to fill passenger tires, but are unable to efficiently tackle more demanding applications,” said Tom Simeone, VP of product management for Milwaukee Tool. “Our industry-leading cordless technology allows the M12 Compact Inflator to complete a wide range of applications from light truck tires (65-80 PSI) to compact equipment (10-80 PSI). As part of the M12 system, this tool also has the advantage of being completely compatible with the wide range of sub-compact tools available on this platform.”
Rated to deliver over 120 PSI and built with a high efficiency motor and pump, the M12 Compact Inflator delivers up to five times the speed of fill on car and light truck tires,** and can fill a light truck tire from flat to full on a single battery. The REDLINK Intelligence with TrueFill Auto Shut-Off Technology delivers highly accurate pressure, protects from overfill and overtemp, and automatically senses speed of fill to shut off at the desired PSI. Additionally, a back-lit LCD screen illuminates the digital gauge so users can more easily check the target and current pressure reading.
Weighing just over 3 lbs., the M12 Compact Inflator is designed with an integrated handle so it can be transported nearly anywhere. A reinforced cage protects it from drops and impact, as well as inclement weather. The backside of the unit features a place to easily store the 26″ hose and attachments, including a ball inflation needle, inflatable nozzle and presta chuck.
The M12 Compact Inflator’s all-brass chuck creates an easy and reliable connection to tires, preventing leaks. To counter shifting and movement during the filling process, the unit is built with an anti-vibration stand that keeps it in place throughout the duration.
