The National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) has added detailed information on reprogramming per the SAE J2534 standard to the website at www.nastf.org. The special page offers users the ability to search for J2534 information by vehicle manufacturer. The information contained within will direct the user to the appropriate resources on the manufacturers’ websites. “The J2534 reprogramming standard has been one of the hottest topics among the NASTF membership,” said Charlie Gorman, NASTF Chairman. “Although we’ve had this information up since mid-November, we felt it appropriate to remind the industry of the wealth of information available on the NASTF website.”
NASTF was established in 2000 to identify, communicate and resolve gaps in the availability and accessibility of automotive service information, service training, diagnostic tools, and equipment for the benefit of automotive service professionals and their customers. NASTF was incorporated in 2006. Additional details can be found at www.nastf.org.
