ProMAXX Tool has announced the availability of ROSINA, a unique tool designed and engineered to remove broken bolts in the main turbocharger without removing it.

“Our mission, when I founded the business, was to focus on problematic, costly repairs that plague the technician,” said Jeffrey Del Rossa, president of ProMaxx. ROSINA continues to support our strategy of assisting the technician with a device to help make exhaust manifold and other repairs faster and far more cost effective.”

The new device bolts directly to the rear of the main turbo charger on the Ford 6.4L/International MaxForce7 diesel engine where the “Y” pipe from the exhaust system mounts. Rather than removing and replacing a $1,800 turbo, simply bolt ROSINA in place and machine the old broken fastener(s) completely out. Now with removable and interchangeable machine-grade bushings, repairs are faster and more successful.
