Ritchie Hires Director of Engineering

Greg Guse will lead the YELLOW JACKET Engineering Division.

Ritchie Engineering Company, Inc., maker of service tools for HVAC/R and automotive professionals and manufacturer of YELLOW JACKET products, announces the hiring of Greg Guse as Director of Engineering.

Greg will be responsible for driving product strategy and development, as well as contributing to the marketing and business strategy for the YELLOW JACKET HVAC/R and Automotive Divisions. “We are thrilled to welcome Greg to our team,” said Tom Ritchie, President. “He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering that will serve our customers and brand very well.” 

Greg Guse comes to Ritchie Engineering Company with more than 20 years of experience in power generation engineering, including the design of the triple dumping truck and refuse trucks. Most recently, Greg worked as the Mechanical Engineering Manager of the Value Enhancement Team at Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI. 

A Minnesota native, Greg graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering & Technology and earned his MBA degree in International Business from Marquette University.
