RTI Introduces the NTF-15H Nitrogen Tire Filling System

The RTI NTF-15H generates nitrogen on demand and stores it on-board for quick nitrogen tire service. The NTF-15H performs the same service as all of the other RTI Nitrogen Tire Filling Systems, but also offers more service options.

The RTI NTF-15H generates nitrogen on demand and stores it on-board for quick nitrogen tire service. The NTF-15H performs the same service as all of the other RTI Nitrogen Tire Filling Systems, but also offers more service options.

Option 1: Use the traditional NTF-15 Plus service option which offers the exclusive RTI tire deflation and vacuum system feature by pulling the air from the tire and filling it with nitrogen. This process is completed by servicing one tire individually with the vehicle supported and its weight off the tire.

Option 2: Use the NTF-15H and hook up to four or five tires (including the spare) at once. The NTF-15H can then deflate and fill with nitrogen automatically.

Option 3: For tires already containing nitrogen, the single coiled hose provides the quickest solution for nitrogen “top-offs.”

An Auto Inflation Kit can be added to any existing NTF-15 Plus and NTF-60 Plus systems for the automatic, multi-hose service option.

A purity tester, which is included with all NitroPro systems, quickly checks the nitrogen purity in the tank and the tires. The NTF-15H provides your customers with better tire pressure, increased safety, superior handling, improved fuel economy and longer tire life! RTI offers a bay banner, samples of point-of-purchase material, 20 samples of valve stem caps and tire deflators for all Nitrogen Tire Filling Systems.

This month’s diagnostic journey begins with a 2008 Land Rover Discovery that is taken in to a local testing facility for an emission test and fails due to a series of misfire codes.

Misfire activity is found on cylinders 2, 4, 6, 8 and 3; at first glance this series of codes implies that there may be bank 2 issues, but the cylinder 3 code throws a wrench into that mode of thought.
