The tools in Lisle Corporation’s Stepped Pickle Fork Kit (41440) feature a stepped design on the forks, which keeps the tool from bouncing back when separating ball joints, steering dampeners, tie rods, pitman arms and other applications.
The kit includes five forks: 11/16″, 15/16″, 1-1/8″, 1-7/16″ (for Ford pickups and other medium-duty trucks) and 1-5/8″ (for Chevy/GMC truck and SUV applications).
The forks are threaded to interchange with either the hammering handle or the pneumatic driver. The forks are heavy-duty, heat-treated forgings and the handles are heat-treated alloy steel. The fork steps can be sharpened if needed.
