The training helps technicians navigate the features and functionality of the new platform.

Snap-on recently enhanced the training and support section of its diagnostics website by adding product information, training modules and useful tips for the ZEUS+ diagnostic tool. Visitors to the website have access to a knowledge base of questions and answers for the ZEUS+ platform including general help, troubleshooting tips, scanner and scope operation and more. There are also 13 instructional training modules from expert technicians discussing the latest diagnostic techniques and demonstrating how to operate the tool. In addition, Quick Tip videos show how to apply ZEUS+ to solve common vehicle problems.

The training modules teach technicians how to get the most out of their ZEUS+ diagnostic tool through short instructional videos on specific topics to get answers on different aspects of tool operations quickly. Topics include a general introduction, a tool overview, navigation and diagnostic capabilities and a scanner demonstration mode for on-the-tool training. Additional sessions include Fast-Track Intelligent Diagnostics, vehicle ID and scanner codes, scanner data PID view, scanner data graphing views global OBD-II, quick lookups, guided component tests, functional tests, digital multimeter, and graphing multimeter and scope functions.

The training videos, which can be viewed free-of-charge, provide quality product training 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. Technicians can revisit the training sessions as often as necessary to learn at their own pace and comfort level.

ZEUS+is the most advanced information-driven scan and scope device in the industry, offering the onboard storage, processing and communications capabilities that technicians need to get them through each step, from start to finish.
