S.A. Day Buffalo Flux Facility, Johnson Mfg. Co has just introduced a new all Aluminum Repair Kit for the repair of aluminum heat transfer components such as radiators, heaters, condensers and charge air coolers as well as aluminum components for other related and non-related industries. The new kit includes: 10 pcs x 5 different rods of several alloy/flux combinations, coated, uncoated and cored; plus a low-temperature hard soldering flux and DayBraze alloy paste. The technician can now select the best rod and flux based on application as well as for the best heating method. One of the rods offered is our new 80/20AL Zinc/Aluminum alloy that melts from 698° undefinedundefined to 806° F with the best flow temperature at 914° F. All of the individual kit components are available in various re-order quantities to suit your needs.
