Epicor Awards More Innova Scan Tools to Integrated Service Estimator Users through Monthly Sweepstakes

Through the sweepstakes, businesses using Epicor ISE to enhance their mechanical service-estimating and parts-sourcing capabilities automatically will earn one free sweepstakes entry with each order generated and completed through the solution.

Epicor Software Corporation announced that Tom McGinley of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Greenville, S.C., and Grismer Tire & Auto Service, Columbus, Ohio, are the latest recipients of free professional-grade Innova scan tools in its monthly sweepstakes for automotive service providers using Epicor Integrated Service Estimator (ISE). The sweepstakes runs until May 31, 2018.

First-place winner McGinley and second-place winner Grismer Tire are the fifth and sixth Epicor ISE users to be awarded scan tools through the program, with McGinley receiving an Innova 5160 CarScan PRO and Grismer Tire receiving an Innova 5100 CarScan ABS/SRS tool.

“Complete more estimates and parts orders in less time with Epicor ISE — and for every entered order, you’ll automatically earn one free sweepstakes entry into this monthly contest. Automotive service professionals can win a free professional-grade scan tool from Innova — just by utilizing Epicor ISE every day,” said Stephen Gannon, senior director, automotive, product management and product development, Epicor. “There are six more chances to win an Innova scan tool that can help professionals quickly and accurately diagnose today’s complex vehicles systems.”

Through the sweepstakes, businesses using Epicor ISE to enhance their mechanical service-estimating and parts-sourcing capabilities automatically will earn one free sweepstakes entry with each order generated and completed through the solution. Epicor will award two prizes each month — an Innova 5160 CarScan PRO tool (first-place prize) and an Innova 5100 CarScan ABS/SRS tool (second-place prize) — for a total of 12 winners. Visit www.epicor.com/ISEsweeps for program rules and alternative form of entry.

The previous winners include Christopher Price of Flagship FastLube, Pearl City, Hawaii; Dan Pennington of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Tampa, Fla.; Darrin Gilliam of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Daphne, Ala.; and Randy Wilkens of Kwik Kar Automotive, Kansas City, Mo.

Used by thousands of tire dealerships, oil-and-lube facilities, transmission service business, tune-up specialists, and general repair shops, Epicor ISE supplies users with all the necessary information to identify, price, and source any of thousands of replacement parts and accurately estimate labor for virtually any repair or maintenance service job — all without picking up the telephone.

The Epicor ISE solution is powered by the Epicor industry-leading replacement parts database, as well as popular repair and maintenance packages, an aftermarket flat-rate labor guide, OEM-recommended vehicle service intervals information, a VIN decoder, cross-reference parts database, and more. In addition, an optional, mobile “Smart Inspection” feature is designed to improve service bay productivity by allowing technicians to record the condition of key vehicle systems and components during comprehensive, guided inspections. The solution can be used in conjunction with most leading shop management systems or as a standalone business-building tool.
