AutoTap OBDII Streamer V1.5 dramatically simplifies access to OBDII vehicle parameters that enable fleet managers to cost effectively offer driver behavior, remote diagnostics and preventive maintenance applications.
Streamer V1.5 was designed to work every time, the same way, on every OBDII vehicle for the most vital parameters. Tracking fuel consumption and mileage are two killer applications enabled by Streamer V1.5 that provide proven ROI benefits to fleet managers. Through extensive field-testing and customer trials, Streamer V1.5 has proven to track fuel consumption to within +/- 2% and mileage to within +/-5%.
Streamer V1.5 enables fleet managers to select up to 32 parameters and to specify when the parameters will be communicated, e.g. real-time, threshold exceeded, or as requested. A subset of the parameters that are available include the following:
Vehicle Speed;
Engine Speed;
Fuel Consumption;
VIN;
Ignition Status;
Odometer;
Gear;
PTO Status;
MIL Status; and
Idle Time.
Streamer V1.5 was tested extensively for all trucks and vans manufactured in the U.S. after 1996 that adhere to the following protocols:
J1850 VPW;
J1850 PWM;
ISO9141-2;
KWP2000;
Chrysler SCI;
J2284 (CAN); and
Low Speed GMLAN.
