CTA Manufacturing Corp. introduced its CTA #1000 eight-piece VibroShock Impact Tool Kit at the 2016 ISN Tool Dealer Expo in Orlando last month.

The company says its VibroShock Impact Tool Kit removes frozen or rusted screws, nuts, bolts or plugs without damage.

Included in the kit are seven 3/8” square drive metric sockets, for the most common applications. Each socket includes an “internal edge,” allowing the socket to seat on the hex drive of the fastener. The vibration is then focused on the fastener, not the body of the component, preventing damage and breakage.

The second key element of the kit is the Vibro-shaft with built-in articulated wrench. This allows greater control of action while removing the fastener. The wrench also can fold in to allow greater access in tight working areas.

The Patent Pending VibroShock saves time and can prevent the need for more expensive repair jobs. It is great for removing glow plugs, brake bleeder screws, clamp-on injectors, exhaust fasteners, lug nuts and more.
