The Equipment and Tool Institute (ETI), an association of automotive tool and equipment manufacturers, technical information providers and training organizations, has relocated its corporate office to its new headquarters in the Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan, area. ETI says the new office will allow the association to strengthen its ties to the automotive community in the Detroit
