Professional service technicians who install Software Upgrade 18.2 on their Snap-on diagnostic tool on or before July 28, are eligible for entry into the “Level Up Diagnostics Giveaway” sweepstakes for a chance to win an EPIQ tool box. Customers who have already purchased Software Upgrade 18.2 or a new diagnostic platform with 18.2, are already entered in the running to win.
“When technicians upgrade their diagnostic tools with the latest software, not only are they more efficient and productive in the service bay, but they work confidently knowing they have the most complete diagnostic solution to finish the job right the first time,” said Leian Wunderlich, marketing manager, Snap-on Diagnostics. “Now with the ‘Level Up Diagnostic Giveaway,’ technicians have a chance to win an EPIQ storage unit, which includes smart features to help technicians become better organized, resulting in less wasted time and improved productivity. But don’t wait, the sweepstakes is for a limited time only.”
Snap-on Software Upgrade 18.2 includes more than 400,000 codes, data, tests and tips for technicians to handle systems such as diesel, TPMS, electric steering and hybrid power systems with the most comprehensive OEM-specific coverage for 100 vehicle systems and 49 manufacturers. New 2018 model year coverage has been added for Acura, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mitsubishi and Ram, with optional European coverage available for Alfa Romeo, Audi, FIAT, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen.
Fifty percent of the new Software Upgrade 18.2 covers 2015 and older vehicles, the ones that shops see in their bays most often.
The “Level Up Diagnostics Giveaway” sweepstakes is open and offered to customers of participating current Snap-on Franchisee or sales representatives who are legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. One grand prize winner will receive a Snap-on 84” EPIQ tool box (KETN843B0) with the ability to customize the design with a choice of 12 standard colors and seven trim options.
