LeakGuard is specifically formulated for slow leaks that can occur over a 6 – 12 month period (or a leak rate of 25 oz. per year.) It is completely compatible with R-134a and R-12. Unlike other sealants that react with moisture, LeakGuard is an oil-based sealant and will not harden, crystallize, clog the a/c system or recycle equipment.

LeakGuard seeks out oxygen and air flow at the point of the leak. It is then pushed through the leak by the pressure in the system; and congeals and forms a permanent chemical weld at the leak point. Used as a preventive maintenance, LeakGuard will stay in the system as a high quality lubricant until such time that a leak occurs. As well, LeakGuard eliminates those costly “come backs” because of hard-to-find leaks.

UView’s LeakGuard SpotGun Jr. Kit includes its patented SpotGun Jr. Injection System – the #1 choice of A/C technicians. It is fast; it is safe, clean, and easy to use.
