New Permatex Gasket Remover (p/n 80645) quickly removes all solvent-based gasketing adhesives and sealants, even baked-on gaskets. Its powerful foaming action and built-in applicator tip brush can help remove the gasket from any flange surface in 15-20 minutes.
Permatex Low VOC Gasket Remover is a safe alternative to harsh chlorinated solvents, and is Voc compliant in all 50 states. Because of its fast acting foam formula, Gasket Remover reduces the need for scraping and grinding, and eliminates potential damage to the flange surface. It also prepares the flange for a new gasket. The spray-on foam will not run – even on vertical surfaces.

The built-in brush simplifies a clean and precise application, while the foam formula quickly dissolves the gasket.
