New Pig has recently introduced the PIG Mildew-Resistant Absorbent Sock to the company’s line of PIG Socks.
Unlike cellulose-filled absorbent socks, the product’s 100% polypropylene skin and filler resist the growth of mildew, which can sometimes be created in socks that are deployed for long timespans, says the company.
Ideal for placement around equipment, under freezers and coolers, the flexible socks stop leaks, spills and condensation from spreading into walkways. Socks can also be placed on windowsills or in doorways to trap rain or snowmelt before it enters a building and causes damage to expensive flooring. Between uses, socks can be hung to dry, then stored until they are needed again.
Choose from two color options: yellow socks for high visibility or blue to blend in with surroundings.
