BendPak’s newest heavy-duty scissor lift is bringing true vertical lifting power to shops and garages. Dubbed the “QuadRack” after its unique design, the XR-12000A supports a 12,000-lb. payload while maintaining an impressively compact footprint that’s perfect for smaller bays and work areas.
BendPak’s quad-opposing scissors design effectively eliminates the need for restrictive arm structures found on other scissor style lifts. Operators enjoy full, unobstructed vehicle access and effortless workspace entry and exit. Every part of the QuadRack has been engineered to give automotive technicians the freedom to work efficiently and increase productivity.
The QuadRack was designed for vehicle alignments as well as general service work, and it accommodates a wide variety of wheelbases. Integrated recessed full-floating front radius plates and oversized rear slip-plates enable technicians to perform four-wheel alignments on a full spectrum of vehicles, including work trucks and modern compacts. The QuadRack is compatible with all leading alignment instrumentation and works seamlessly with 3D systems and camera-type wheel aligners.
The QuadRack delivers straight-up vertical lifting performance. Unlike parallelogram style scissors lifts that require more floor space due to lateral lifting, the QuadRack has no horizontal movement. The result is an unprecedented uniformly perfect vertical lift.
Continuing with BendPak’s trend of easy-to-use automotive solutions, the QuadRack also features the industry’s first extendable, hinged, collapsible, and stowable approach ramps. These innovations deliver a range of length options from 59” to 76”, making drive on duties a breeze even for extreme low-clearance vehicles. The ramps can be removed for even more space-saving convenience when it’s time to raise the lift.
From the hydraulic cylinders and safety locking mechanisms, to fluid controls and pneumatics, all integral system components are enclosed within the runways to protect them from harmful corrosives and operational damage.
