Compstar LSc crankshafts are built to withstand abusive high performance LSx applications. LSc crankshafts are fully nitrided for enhanced strength and wear resistance. Available in 3.825 or 4.000 strokes, these shafts will create a significant increase in your engines torque with ease. LSc cranks can be ordered with either 24 or 58 tooth timing wheels. They are budget priced at under $550.

Compstar Performance Crankshafts are designed by our engineers, and forged on proprietary dies, made to our specifications. They are rough machined from certified AISI 4340 forgings to our tolerances, then finish machined in our facility. Our in-house solid modeling abilities provide a great advantage in product development. We’re able to precisely locate material where it will yield the greatest advantage in terms of both strength to weight, and balance ability.

Beginning with properly placed counterweights that not only improve balance, but reduce bearing loads, every aspect of these highly stressed components has been analyzed. Our forgings are rough machined in a process that includes double stress relief operations that make these crankshafts very dimensionally stable.
