It contains the proprietary wetting agent Xtreme Cool, which stops overheating, improves heat transfer and reduces coolant temperature.
According to the company, in addition to repairing heater core leaks, Bar’s Leaks Liquid Aluminum is guaranteed to safely and easily seal leaks in plastic, aluminum and metal (copper/steel) radiators, gaskets and freeze plugs. It works in cars, trucks, vans, SUVs and RVs. It is compatible with all types of coolant, including yellow, orange, pink, red, blue and green silicate-based and non-silicate-based (OAT/HOAT) antifreeze and/or water.
