Stertil-Koni Debuts 25 Ton Portable Air Over Hydraulic Jack

The ultra-portable design incorporates a handle that folds for easy transport and mobile service applications.

Stertil-Koni introduces its first portable air over hydraulic jack – ideal for servicing vehicles in the maintenance bay or on the road.

Weighing in at only 60 lbs., this lightweight, two-stage workhorse (model SKB25-2) has a lifting capacity of first stage, 25 metric tons, with a final stage of 10 metric tons. It is equally at home on the shop floor or on the road.

The ultra-portable design incorporates a 21.6-in. handle that folds for easy transport, making it ideal for mobile service applications.

“What’s more,” noted Carl Boyer, Stertil-Koni Shop Equipment Specialist, “this hydraulic jack allows technicians to enjoy total freedom and comfort virtually anywhere the job takes them, with 100% confidence, reliability, and safety.”

The ultra-portable unit incorporates an optional wall mounting bracket to secure it out of the way in a service truck or on the workshop wall. Adding to its utility as an ideal portable solution are several key, user-friendly, adaptable features:

  • Top quality, long-lasting, durable chromium-plated piston
  • Maximum height without extensions 12.5-in.
  • Low 6.3-in. collapsed height
  • Easy-to-use controls with dead-man safety switch
  • Built-in overload valve for added safety
  • 2-in. and 4-in. extensions included

Concluded Stertil-Koni President, Dr. Jean DellAmore, “We recognize that whether technicians are working hard in the shop or out on the road, they need reliable support and intelligently designed and engineered lifting solutions. The Model SKB25-2 portable jack is the latest example of how Stertil-Koni delivers the very best in heavy duty lifting systems – and shop equipment — to enable our customers to effectively, efficiently and safely perform even the most demanding tasks.”
