Federated Teams Up with Ken Schrader Racing in 2010

Continuing its longstanding partnership, Federated Auto Parts will once again sponsor NASCAR driver Ken Schrader and Ken Schrader Racing for the 2010 race season.

Continuing its longstanding partnership, Federated Auto Parts will once again sponsor NASCAR driver Ken Schrader and Ken Schrader Racing for the 2010 race season.

“We are honored to continue our association with Ken Schrader and his race team this year,” said J.R. Bishop, director of racing and event marketing for Federated Auto Parts. “We have had an outstanding relationship with Kenny for many years and he has helped spread the word about Federated.  Kenny relates to our members and customers because, just like them, he is a hard-working, small business owner. We look forward to another great year with Kenny.”

Schrader will continue in his role as the official spokesperson for Federated Racing and Federated Car Care Centers.  Federated will also continue on as the “Official Auto Parts Supplier” of Ken Schrader Racing and Schrader will be one of the instructors for Federated’s “Dream Race Weekend Sweepstakes.”

In 2010, Schrader will drive a Federated sponsored vehicle in select NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races and ARCA Series races. Federated will also sponsor Schrader and his race team in over 50 dirt track events.  This grass roots racing program gives Federated members a local promotional vehicle in markets in their respective areas of the country.

For the third straight year, Schrader will be the host and instructor for the “Get Dirty with Kenny” sweepstakes where Federated offers its Car Care Center members a chance to race Schrader at his I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Mo.

“Once again we our looking forward to the popular ‘Get Dirty with Kenny’ promotion for our Car Care Center members,” continued Bishop.  “Kenny has been an integral part of the great success of this promotion and the 2010 event promises to be even better as we will be making some additions that will make it even more exciting for the winners.”
