Bosch Launches New Technical Support Hotline, Central Contact for Bosch Parts, Diagnostic and Equipment Questions

To improve both communication and technical support, Bosch has launched a new technical support hotline number for all technical questions regarding Bosch Parts, Equipment and Services.

To improve both communication and technical support, Bosch has launched a new technical support hotline number for all technical questions regarding Bosch Parts, Equipment and Services. The new toll free tech support number is 1-855-BoschTech (1-855-267-2483).

“The new hotline will serve as the central contact point for technical questions on parts, diagnostic tools including wheel and tire service equipment, scan tools, ESI[tronic] software, as well as catalog questions, consumer complaints and warranty issues. The hotline will also serve to discuss Bosch training availability and scheduling, and will greatly enhance Bosch’s ability to communicate with our customers,” said Michael Loth, director of technical support and services for Bosch.
