ACDelco Doubles Parts And Labor Coverage For All Professional Service Center Program Participants

ACDelco Professional Service Center (PSC) program participants now offer parts and labor coverage of 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever comes first) to consumers on qualified maintenance and repairs. This is double the amount of previous coverage.

ACDelco Professional Service Center (PSC) program participants now offer parts and labor coverage of 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever comes first) to consumers on qualified maintenance and repairs. This is double the amount of previous coverage.

ACDelco said customer feedback prompted its decision – effective immediately – to enhance the warranty. “Our customers trust us to help them maintain a competitive edge in the independent aftermarket,” said Chris Brandt, ACDelco national marketing manager. “A solid warranty that protects them and their customers is a statement that we stand behind our parts and the work performed by our PSC program participants.”

The enhanced coverage applies to all levels of PSC participation. Under ACDelco Consumer Assurance, consumers are now eligible for free replacement parts and labor for 24 months / 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) on qualified parts installed at an ACDelco PSC facility. Some parts are exempt from the program, such as batteries with established free-replacement periods and other products that may already offer longer warranties. Those warranties are still valid.

Consumers can visit ACDelco.com and enter their ZIP code in the “Find a Service Center” tab to find the nearest PSC facility.
