Trico Products Introduces TRICO Ice Premier Extreme Winter Weather Blade

Trico Products has announced the launch of TRICO Ice, the company's all-new, winter weather blade, designed to provide maximum performance in extreme winter driving environments.

Trico Products has announced the launch
of TRICO Ice, the company’s all-new, winter weather blade, designed to provide
maximum performance in extreme winter driving environments.

TRICO Ice is ruggedly constructed with
protective elements of a winter wiper blade, while integrating the newest
innovations made in wiper materials and structure, the company says. Its
integrated wedge-shaped spoiler clears away snow and ice buildup and conforms
to glass shapes to distribute even pressure for a clear wipe. The low profile
contour complements new vehicle models and maximizes line of sight, according
to Trico.

Available now, TRICO Ice is designed
with a form-fitted boot that guards critical wiper components, yet allows
complete flexibility, according to the company. A Teflon-infused rubber element
resists tearing and ripping in sub-zero temperatures while eliminating chatter
for a smoother, quieter wipe, the company says.

“With TRICO Ice, our customers can
expect a high-quality winter blade that ultimately combines the robust
structure and durability of a winter wiper blade and today’s advanced wiper
technology to battle the most severe weather,” said Kevin O’Dowd, global
director of marketing, corporate branding and strategy for Trico Products.
“It’s more than just a winter wiper blade; it’s a premier winter weather
fighter.”

Currently, TRICO Ice is offered in
lengths of 16 to 28 inches to fit a variety of standard and specialty wiper arm
styles. The SWIFT “one click” connection system is integrated into this wiper
blade for quick installation. Packaging is also equipped with an MS Tag, which
directs users to a dedicated page that provides additional product information
and installation videos.
