Challenger Lifts Increases Rise and Descent Speed with Quick Cycle

Challenger Lifts says it has added Quick Cycle Lifting as an innovative and cost-efficient option that will increase rise and descent speed on its most popular 10,000-pound lifts (available on the CL10V3 aboveground and Challenger Lifts' EV1020 inground lifts). Quick Cycle is ideal for quick service bay applications.

When improved lift speed of rise and
lowering time is important to your vehicle service applications, Challenger has
developed a simple solution, the company says.

Challenger Lifts says it has added Quick
Cycle Lifting as an innovative and cost-efficient option that will increase
rise and descent speed on its most popular 10,000-pound lifts (available on the
CL10V3 aboveground and Challenger Lifts’ EV1020 inground lifts). Quick Cycle is
ideal for quick service bay applications.

Quick Cycle features a faster speed of
rise with full lifting rise in just 27 seconds versus 48 seconds speed of rise
on the company’s standard CL10V3 model. The faster speed of rise is obtained by
increasing the power unit motor from standard 2hp to a 3hp motor and a pump
upgrade to 4.0cc.

Quick Cycle also delivers an improved
lowering speed of a constant 17 seconds (approximately) regardless of the
weight of the vehicle. Quick Cycle’s improved lowering speed is accomplished by
the addition of a variable flow control valve on each cylinder.

Available only on the CL10V3 series and
EV1020 inground lifts (also available in 3-phase voltage. Dual Pendant Controls
and Bench Mount Controls currently not available.)
