A technician in Perth, Australia was recently accused of taking a customer’s 2006 yellow Lamborghini Gallardo on a testdrive that reached speeds of close to 100 mph. According to perthnow.com.au, the technician, 53-year-old Leone Magistro, has been charged with reckless driving. The vehicle was impounded by police after being clocked at 160 km/h. The vehicle was impounded because the Police Minister said it was the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that they new and trusted who was driving their car.

Mr Magistro’s lawyer David Manera requested an adjournment from Magistrate Steven Heath, saying there had been no disclosure from police.
