Centric Parts has released its Centric 2012 Brake Systems catalog. The updated catalog details Centric’s complete range of brake and clutch components for passenger car and light truck applications including most 2012 model year vehicles.

The Centric Parts 2012 Brake Systems catalog features detailed friction listings. According to Centric, the listings pay particular attention to matching the appropriate PosiQuiet friction material to each application, based on research of OEM samples, edge codes, materials and manufacturer data.

Among the products featured in this latest catalog are Centric’s new High Carbon 125-series rotors, brake caliper pistons and updated PosiQuiet and Fleet Performance brake pad applications to reflect the company’s new Hardware Included program. All told, the 2012 Centric Parts Brake System catalog contains more than 30,000 entries in its nearly 1,000 pages, according to Centric.

The enhanced PosiQuiet and Fleet Performance product (Hardware Included) will be available early 2012. The new 100-Series friction formulation program also will be available early 2012. More information on both of these program enhancements will be released soon, Centric says.

“There is hardly a vehicle on the road or in a garage, manufactured in the last 70 years, that Centric Parts does not have a brake system component for,” said Dan Lelchuk, president of Centric Parts. “We don’t just want to be the best, we want to be light years ahead of the competition.”

The printed catalog is available to customers today. This catalog data has been updated in the Centric Parts Online Catalog and is due to be released by the e-catalog providers by March 2012. Library Edition catalogs will be released in print form January 2012. CD/DVD catalogs (including Library Edition) will be released in the first quarter of 2012.

All versions of the Centric 2012 Brake System Catalog include detailed part images and technical specifications. The catalog can be obtained by contacting Centric Parts or by visiting www.centricparts.com, where a complete list of publications and reference materials is also available.
