The updated site includes an interactive guide to the next-generation features of ThermoQuiet CeramicNXT pads, including Dynamic Noise Absorption (DNA) technology, Laser-Shaped Friction technology and Federal-Mogul’s award-winning Integrally Molded Insulator (IMI) one-piece pad design. Visitors to the site also can learn about the thermal-sensitive properties of the proprietary ThermoQuiet CeramicNXT formulations, which adapt to a wide range of temperatures for optimal braking performance in varying driving conditions, according to the company.

The TQBrakePads.com site also includes information on the latest Wagner ThermoQuiet CeramicNXT and semi-metallic part numbers, a “Find Your Brake Pad” lookup and a multimedia area featuring “The World’s Greatest Brake Pad,” a television episode broadcast nationwide in 2011 as well as the Wagner brand’s new TV ad, “Brakes Without Compromise.”

“The new ThermoQuiet CeramicNXT product line is changing the way technicians think about ceramic technology and, more important, helping them perform superior brake jobs on a full range of today’s vehicles,” said Lou Kafantaris, group brand manager, Federal-Mogul Global Aftermarket. “Our enhanced website enables professional technicians and consumers to explore the technologies behind today’s ultimate ceramic brake pads.”

Wagner ThermoQuiet CeramicNXT brake pads are available for millions of foreign nameplate and domestic vehicles that were originally equipped with ceramic technology and as ceramic alternatives for select vehicles equipped with semi-metallic brake pads.
